We hand out 1000's of flyers every year and get a good enough response to keep doing it. Anyways my question is has anyone ever tried to keep some sort of records on which day of the week is best to hand them out. I have thought about it and have came up with reason for everyday. I don't know that it really matters much and we seem to do them everyday anyways but just throwing it out there.

Thats a good question. A few weeks before or right when its getting going. Im not sure. Bet majoority just throw them away if its too early but you dont wanna be getting calls when your slammed with work. As far as what day id guess monday.

I cant see the day mattering that much...I typically dont like to be seen, so I avoid weekends and from 4:30pm on...SO IMO week day mornings when everyone is at work...

Any weekday between 1 and 4 pm. This way they have less chance of getting wet or blown away with the wind. Also allows less time for other LCO's to see them and remove them before the homeowner can get home.
