I use Andersons granular fertilizer combo products. For post emergent weed control I use Momentum fx2 along with Drive 75. Preemergent in beds I use Pendulum 3.3 EC. When applying liquids, I just have a BP sprayer.

I mean absolutely no offense, but I would strongly recommend learning more about turf needs for your area, as well as information about the weeds, insects & disease problems that may arise, before servicing those accounts or picking up any new ones. You cannot effectively control a weed or pest unless you know what it is. If you incorrectly identify the target species you could easily cause more harm than good through using the wrong product, or using the wrong application rate of the right product.

Unless you have just discovered a brand new superstrain of crabgrass, or they have been shining a heat lamp on their lawns, your customer's probably don't have crabgrass in their lawn right now. Again, no offense is meant.

Your local extension agent can give you tons of good information in regards to the best products to use for your area. I wouldn't apply fertilizer without sending away some soil samples for testing. If you don't have time to wait for a sample, you could put down urea or ammonium nitrate, at a rate to get about 1 lb of Nitrogen per 1000 sq. ft. since the vast majority of lawns could use a little added nitrogen. Be sure and take the soil samples before applying the fertilizer, and when you get your recommendations don't forget to deduct the fertilizer that you applied right after taking the samples from the amount needed. For dandelions I like Lesco 3 way, Mec-Amine-D or Trimec.

Here you go: Throw down .15 Diminsion 30%scu at 4 lbs per 1000 (with .50# or .75# N) and spray with Cool Power for weeds. Then come back, in 6 weeks with another application of .15% Diminsion 30%scu (with only .50# N per 1000) and spray with Battleship III or Trimec 992.
