So - what did your sales rep say?
I was thinking of having a smaller compactor to have in the truck for the final tamp on the top of the pavers. our bomag is kinda heavy and when you need to put the rubber on the bottom of the tamper that takes time and you cant slide the tamper anywhere after the rubber is installed. a smaller lighter tamper would be nice if affordable.
List price $2800 on the mbw, compared to a wacker wp 1550 which is right around $2200 list.

We use plywood, no rubber
Toro bought out Stone and rebadged them toro, has anyone seen them yet? Im looking to buy a second plate compactor.
