What is the best trimmer line out there? and where is the best place to get it?
I like Husqvarna titanium .095. I get it at Lowes.
I like the Stihl trimmers. You really can't go wrong with any of their commercial grade trimmers.
trimmer line mowerbrad. those are good pieces of equipment though.
oo sorry...... I use the gator line in my trimmers, so far the line really works great.
I have been very happy with the Pro-Cut stuff from John Deere but I believe that it is Kawasaki brands that they have put their name on. It is .95 and an I beam type of line. It lasts a long time and cuts through just about everything I ask it to.
IMO Gatorline, hands down. We use the round .105.
I tried the twisted .105 came with Honda, then Husky titanium round .105 then some left over .095 orange line with edges from Lowes. I like that the best. I can put more into the head. I bought Echo .095 with 8 edges, I'll try this next. I found those .105 round don't cut very well.
I currently have some Shindaiwa silent twist Im finishing up....I'll be going back to Echo Crossfire. Thats always seemed to be good trimmer line.
