Best way to apply Cutless to shrubs

I want to incorperate Cutless into my shrub program this year in a few of my commercial properties that have a lot of shrubs and hedges. Mostly plants like Lora petalum, hollies, knock outs, hawthornes, and tea olives. We were trimming like crazy last year and I need to get a hold of it.

Can anyone give me some feedback on what's worked best for them in terms of application rates, timing, and application methods. It seems like it would be difficult to spread evenly under larger shrubs and hedges. I'm also considering spraying atrimec, but I'm told cutles is more effective.

    Thanks for any replies!
