I have some Carharts that I like. But my preference is Levi's Carpenter. That's what I wear for 6 months out of the year. Levi's because they still last forever. And Carpenter so I can keep my cell phone handy in the right side pocket. Don't like the phone in my front or back pocket. The carpenter pocket is the perfect spot.

The other six months I weark Khaki golf shorts every day. June 1st - Oct. 1st.

Tact Gear/Tact Squad bdu pants, they are super lightweight.

    Dickies shorts in the summer.

Old thread, but I like some Of the suggestions I see with the tactical pants and the carharts. Are the tactical pants like Bdu's? I use a pair that I had left over from high school I'm just wondering what the difference is. I think I might try a few different brands and see which I like best. I wear dickies as of now.

Wrangler rugged is what I wear, Like carharrts but made of rip stop like jungle fatigues.

Fast drying, more comfort, better looking and don't weigh like 5 pounds.

Propper cargo. Rip stop nylon dries in seconds. Tough as nails and soft on the skin.
