I am bidding a new facility that wants complete maintenance and I was curious what u guys think 4 acres would go for. It will have a good amount of trimming because of flower beds and a ton of retaining walls. Any ideas?

Let me just say this, new lawns are much more time consuming than established lawns, with newly seeded lawns having rocks, erosion, and just plain rough terrain for mowers.

New lawns are the cause of many broken windows due to flying debris.

$120? That sounds cheap to me. I will get some pics today to show u guys and maybe you can get a better idea. I also included pickup of trash, cig. butts, etc. in the mowing price. I quoted them $225 per cut.

    Thanks again

The lawn has been sodded so that shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the advice though:)

standard rate would be $255. I'd go to $230 pending upon how bad you want it, but no cheaper.
