I have been doing 25 state house for the last 6 years(with out having to bid on them) they all are satified with the service. well the govt got involved and now they are up for bid. I went to the meeting and there are 15 bidding on these sites and i know that i am not the lowest by far i am fair but not cheap gonna suck to lose $100,000 in contracts. my question do i lowe my bid or just keep my price the same and look like a crook for overcharging? Like i have stated in other posts lowballer drive the price down every year so the price from last year will be less than the price from 6 years ago so i am not a crook but am going to look like one suggestions?

Hire someone to "take em out"
Four estimates in the last three days I am surely not gonna land one of them due to the lawn jockeys that are willing to work for free. BTW how did you make out?

go around to the other bidders and offer to sub the work out to them if they back out. Keep your price and let them do the dirty work and go broke.
