Property has 33k sq ft of turf. Just cutting, trimming edging and blowing. This is just for comparison purposes.

    Couple of questions.

What size equipment you will be using?
What is the frequency of service, weekly, 10 days?

$110 weekly if it were me. Banks make you have ALOT of insurance so you have to let them help you pay for it.

I would bid around $75.00, a bank about that size in my town went to a kid (yes 15 year old kid with a push mower) for $25.00 last year. I'm buddies with the manager and the corp. office says give it to the cheapest. It looked like a tornado hit it all last summer so they dropped him this year for a real LCO.
