Had a president of a HOA call me the other day and ask if i would like to give him an estimate to do the common areas in his Subdivision. He said that he has Brickman in there now and is not happy with them AT ALL, and will not be going with them next year. He is a friend of a friend at church and he may show me Brickman's bid. My question is should i bid a little higher than brickman or should i bid lower? I mean i will get my price but if it is a lot higher than theirs then should i bring it down or leave it there and say if you want quality then here you go?

    Don't worry about Brickmans bid.

Go in and find out what it will take to make them happy.
Address all complaints, discuss in detail, and bid accordingly.

You want to earn a living, not an account....
