Hey I'm about to do some bids on some banks, a few small shopping centers, and an apartment complex. Can you guys give me tips on this. And how do I figure out how much to bid? I want t get as much money as possible, but I don't want to overbid someone. I want/need to get this work. Any tips and equations would be appreciated.
