We use Pro Landscape. Just plug in the plants/materials/labor and it comes up with a price and a contract for the customer to sign. Also does CAD images for bids and a site plan/material list for the install crew.

Groundskeeper Pro is the easiest most efficient I have used. I use Pro Landscape for my photo's and CAD proposals. Go to
adkad.com and try it out. They have a free demo.
