Is anyone submitting bids for commercial accounts in 2007 yet? Just wondering...
I just had an invite bid on a National Guard Armory, for the balance of this year into 2007. And we were the lucky chosen ones to get it. Very nice find!
I just started my business this year and have only been doing the basics. I mow residential lawns, do edging, weeding, fert., planting and I have built a couple of retaining walls. I have recently been asked to place a bid on a condo site. I have not received all the specs yet, but it has 20 buildings with a total of 72 units. I will need to mow, edge, trim hedges, clean up leaves and debris, etc.
I dont even know where to start when making a bid. I dont want to pass it up though, even if I dont get the job. What do I do? Where do I start? I have the equipment that I need, but that's it.
Someone please help. Does anyone have some advise for me?
