I charge $45 per acre in Eastern Nebraska.

So that would be just shy of $160/mowing.

I would be near $300, and wouldn't attempt it with a walker. Get a bigger deck

I am in the process of purchasing a 56" side discharge deck for it.

With a Walker.........I'm guessing you're solo.........I'd say 200$-250$ and you're going to be there awhile. One tip.....put this customer on a 12 mth contract...

Some of you guys are doing great with your prices!
Florida must have the lowest prices on earth. 125.00 bid is high here in Central Florida. There are some that would bid that at 75.00 ( 25.00 per ) I enjoy being higher than most but could never get some of those prices.

For properties that size, with my rider, I get $175 and it usually takes me about 2 hours total. That is in St. Louis, MO.
