I can certainly use a little help here!

I went to look at a cleaning job. The area is about 20,000 square feet. Wooded, allot of dead fall, leaves, and numerous weeds and bushes. They want me to clean everything out under four feet tall, including all the leaves. This is my first big cleaning job and have no idea what to charge. Can`t get to the area with my dump or trailer. Need to haul everything out at least 80yds to where I can park. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Do you own a skid with a clamshell? If their is room to work this might be an easy option. One guy chainsaw, one guy moving piles to dump trailer.

I would be honest with them and tell them that I would have to charge them by the hour on a job like that. If not take your best guess as to how many days you'll spend out there and give them a price.
The best way to get it to your trailer would be to use a skid steer like Steiner said.

Thanks. That`s what I did. I came up with $5750.00. If I get it great, if not I won`t be dissappointed.
