Does anyone know how to make a exact replica of this striper ^
Here is a thread on home-made kits, they're not the exact same thing but they work:
Hello guys and gals,
Just a quick question. I notice these are done on WB's will it work for a ZTR? Or am I silly for thinking so?
Thanks in advance for any replies.
It would work on a 21" if you had the patience for it, I believe striping originally started with Z's until the day the Wb boyz figured out we can do it, too. More than a few Z's already come with the chains or some other thing, a lot of mowers stripe naturally (both of mine do), so try it without first and see how you like it, the kit only helps, it doesn't make or break the stripes per se.
Yes you can get rollers and other types of striping devises, for ZTR'S tn all of our mowers, with the exception of two Z-Turns, we didn't bother to install striping rollers, both walks, and Z-Turns. The Deck pitched right, and the engine RPM'S on the right setting, is all we need to get killer stripe's .
Well, unfortunately I made mistake #001.1-9'er section 1 of the Guide to owning your own company....just kidding on the numbers. I bought a Swisher (New) because of a killer deal. Z-Max 60'' Swisher. Not sure how to get this thing set up for stripes. Guess I will try the chain idea unless someone could PM me on setting up the deck and so forth. I would appreciate it greatly! Or post it here for all to know! Thanks again.
