Does anyone else hate writing out the monthly maintenance bills? It takes forever and just drives me up the wall. I know I should not be complaining about sending out bills to get PAID....but it still sucks.

why are you still hand writing your bills out when there is a ton of software out there to do it for you here are just a few. most all have free demos

Harryd has the answer for you, personally I prefer gopher it's easy, fast and cheap (compare to the other programs, not to groundskepeer tought), I always kept hearing about the scheduling feature on most of this programs and always tought QB was good enough for me, until I try couple and finaly get into Gopher, that little program saves me tons of work at the end of the month.
