About quickbooks. I know alot of people like it, but we are a landscaping company too and I found it to be very unuser friendly. I use Excell and just have a long running worksheet after worksheet set up with our logo and all the customers names already in. We bill monthly and besides cutting lawns for all the customers (which are different prices depending on the customers lawn) we fertilize and that price varies so I have to put them in separtely anyway. It has worked for 5 years, so I guess I don't knock it. Good luck.
