My Dealer Is Offering Me 1640$ For A 33" Billgoat, Worth It?
I'm confused, are you buying or selling?
i think he is looking at buying it.. basing that off of him asking if it's worth it.
is it a billygoat vacuum or mower?
depends on, if it makes you money..
i look at it like this..
If it can run for 160 hours with no problems, it only cost you $10 an hr to own it. anything after that, is PROFIT (minus repairs, parts, oil, gas, ect)
Not with my worst enemy's money. The base Quick is only a few hundred more and it is a whole lot more mower.
Richard, could you please elaborate on why you think the Billy Goat 33 is such a bad machine? I have been looking at it on their web site and it looks like a well built machine, but I have never had the chance to use one.
It's a lightweight homeowner type mower that would never stand up to the day in and out rigors of professional use. It reminds me an awful lot of the Sutech Stealth.
The deck is a mere 12 gauge steel. It has a blazing top speed of 4 MPH. My dislike of the Briggs engines is well known.
