Have any of you seen the quality of blade shapening that these units produce? Straight & Mulching?

I have already looked at the Magna-matics and wonder if these will do just as good for a fraction of the cost.

I currently use a bench grinder turned around backwards and it works ok but when I sharpen them they dull faster (bad angle) than when I have a repair shop do it. The repair shop does them for $3 each.

    Any ideas?

i didn't like that second one, doesn't look like it's adjustable. first one is decent, www.mowmore.com sells one like it for $329 new.

Suggestion - You usually get what you pay for, when I saw 1/2 hp 'STANDARD DUTY' motor all I could think of was a washing machine motor.. Motor on my Fireball Jr. looks nothing like what is pictured in those ads and I know mine is rated 'commercial'.
Find out the return policy before purchasing one of those units...

A local lawn shop has that first one, looks like a nice unit, the service guy uses one there too.
