Does anyone know where i could buy a blade sharpener? Thanks
I use a big floor belt sander. And it will sharpen a blade fast and not heat it up. Also get it sharp enough to cut your finger open if you slide it across it.
I have one like this one. but a cheaper priced one.
But this one would work just as good.
Also I have a 80 grit belt on it for sharpening blades.
What grit sandpaper do you use?
80 grit belt
i never seen anyone do it that way , with a belt sander....
sears have them
magna-matic, seems like a lot of $ to fork out at first, but it is well worth it in the long run
It works great. And allows the whole part that you sharpen to be on the belt at one time. And as I posted. It does not heat your blade up. And man does it Sharpen a blade.
A buddy of mine told about using it for this. And then I found out a lot of others also use the same deal.
I will try and get my wife to get a video of me using it on a few blades and post a link.
