Isn't therea a device that will keep the blades from turning while they are being changed?
An 8" long piece of 2x4 lumber. Keep in on the trailer incase I have to change blades in the field. Don't need it in the shop as I use the impact gun.
Curved Vice Grip pliers will work.
Get the Blade Buster. I use it and it saves a lot of time. It's the best thing I've come across for changing blades. You can find it pretty much anywhere. And it's cheap. I think I paid around $7.00 for mine. Anyways, go out and buy one. You'll be glad you did.
you can also just use your hand possibly with a glove and just hold it. I do that at home when i sharpen them
