I have an estimate to do on Monday for a residential place. The owner said that he had a lot of dead spots in his lawn and has had them for several years. He has had a guy doing his ferts and stuff and still has these dead spots.

Any idea's of what it could be? I havn't seen the lawn yet, I would just like to have some ideas in mind of what the problem could be. Bluegrass usually does pretty good here. Many homes here do have a lot of bermuda mixed in so it may just be that.

The estimate is just for mowing, but I figure if I can figure out what the problem is I'll be in his good graces from the get go.

    thanks guys
