i just took my blades off to sharpen them, and forget where all the washers go. i believe the two gold washers were on top of the pulley spindle under the cover and they fit in the hole perfectly. i think the domed washer was on top of them and then one washer underneath with the blade. correct me if you think im wrong? or tell me im right.

The two 1/4" spacers (washers) can go between the spindle shaft and the blade or they can go up above on the pulley depending on the height of cut range that you are adjusting for. If you do put them on top it will give you more lift and you will be in higher height of cut range. You are correct with the domed or spring washer. This should be concave down and the last washer on the top of the pulley. This is very important for bearing life. There is one washer on the bottom of the blade.
