Has anyone used the stump grinder cutter head thats available for the Brown Bed Edger? If so, how good of a job does it do? And whats the cost?

The Brown bed edger is great if you want to do small stumps. The stump grinder blade cost about $180.00.

Thanks! I just got a price from my dealer of $130. A few stump jobs would pay for it.

I've ground out some small softwood stumps, maybe 3 or 4 inches in diameter. It works good when you pull out dead shrubs and don't get all the roots. You can grind around in the area and pulverize the soil real nice for planting new shrubs.
For giggles, I tried a hardwood stump about a foot in diameter, just about shook my family jewels off it bounced and bucked so violently. Small stumps yeah, taking the place of a true stump grinder, no.
