I am going to do some brush hogging soon. The guy wants me to brush hog 10 acres of relatively flat land with mostly small growth on it. I have a 32hp tractor and I am going to rent a 5 ft brush hog from the jd dealer. I am not set on a price however I was thinking about $4o an acre. Tellme what yall think.

Here it can go from $25-$60 per acre. The more of a rural area you live the less the price. Lots of old farmers with tractors. The 10 acres shouldn't take you to long. 2-4 hours. My 18 acre job took 11 hours with grass and junk taller than the tractor and rolling hills. It was done with a 5' JD brush cutter and 35 hp tractor.
