Flyers 1st one gets tossed, the second gets looked over then tossed, the third flyer gets looked at and placed on the table, the fourth and beyond gets looked at and maybe posted on the fridge. What works in one area doesn't mean it will work in another area. Most of my clients came from a service directory ad and door hangers. I'll go door to door and hand them out in the fall and then again in the spring. There is a book called guerilla marketing that's older but insightful.
