Are there any bulbs with red flowers that I can plant now (Feb. 13th) that will come up in late March/early April? I have a customer who wants tulips but I already told them that was out of the question. Any ideas? Thanks.

I think from my research on your question that you may have waited too late for spring color from bulbs.Tulips maybe.

Your only hope would be to find a nursery that has some forced bulbs that you could plant in early March and are already mature. They will come up the following spring but will take a couple of seasons to overcome the shock of being forced.
