    hello everyone --

I just bought a used Bunton walk-behind, not sure how old it is but it runs great, even after I drove it into the pond! whoa!

my problem - one of 3 blades doesn't turn fast enough. How do I adjust the rollers and the "beware the stored energy" springs. I noticed that the other side had a spacer washer that lifted the roller, tried to match the lift and now the whole blade series is bogging down.

last question - where can I find a service manual for an older Bunton.

Thanks for any assistance - Bill

I used to have an OLD Bunton. Don't know about rollers and springs. Mine had belts and those blade brake safety things around the spindles. I used to go nuts trying to adjust it all. You adjust one thing and it affects another. My advice is be careful what you turn and pay attention. You'll find those services manuals next to the For Sale signs.....hint.
