Bump. Burnweed popping up due to prolonged cool weather. Bermuda and zoysia stays thin from dormancy and burnweed takes off in between rounds and the calls start rolling in. It's a major PITA. Of course, these customers never aerate. Never dethatch. That's my new upsell.

Of course it's easy to control. But when you have other things that need to get done and 700 yards have burnweed popping up and two guys to deal with it, it's a huge problem.

I use a hydrostatic BillyGoat power rake. Aerate with a Lawn Solutions aerator. Larger areas I have a tow behind aerator.
