Here is a great interview with Troy Tiedeman of Tiedeman Lawn & Landscaping. Troy has been through a lot in this business. Starting when he was a teen he built his business to a point where he had multiple employees. But then found he couldn't say no and bought too much equipment. He took on too many bad jobs. He then had to sell off most of it and get rid of his employees.
This year he is rebuilding and reshaping his business.
I learned a lot from Troy and I hope you can learn from him too.
