Well, who knows if this will last or not? But the last few days have been pretty good. Going out to give 3 estimates today. Landed 2 new clients last week. Getting more and more calls lately. Still, not swamped yet. But for a while there we were getting only 1-2 calls a week. Now it's like 2-3 calls each day. It's a welcome change.

Things are starting to thaw out over here a little. The breaks in the weather mean more phone calls. We have signed four new accounts since the first of the year, and got a call from an apartment complex this afternoon I have been patiently waiting to pickup for three years. They have finally seen the light from contracting low quality work for bottom dollar.Of course my rate has changed about 15% since then. It will be a nice addition to our grwing commercial maintenance side. They are also going to following plans that I submitted in 2002 for renovations to the entire complex this year. We'll see what happens..
