What is required in the state of florida to start and operate a landscape maintenance business.
First you must register with the state. Corporation or Fictious name. County and city licenses are required. Insurance a must and most commercial account will require bonding. Where in Florida are you heading?
I am moving to the daytona area.
Hey Man I Disagree With The Lincese U Should Check Your County Because Clay County Where I Live It Is Not Manditory
Right, Every County And City In Fl Is Different
It's best to have insurance but is it optional. I wouldn't be without though. However I think everyone does have to at least register with the state though I would hope. Go to www.sunbiz.org to register your fictitous name.
