Thanks. We are a landscape design build firm building patio and walls etc.. ( we also have over 250 weekly maintenance accounts also that we would like to track individually) looking to be able to look at each customer and see if we are making a profit.I am a user and have been since 2001. People didn't like CLIP then and apparently many still don't today. QXpress has a number of ex CLIP users. I use it to manage my fertilization and irrigation business.

For lead tracking, there is a built in contact manager with a ton of flexibility for all kinds of things and in different ways. You can also design custom fields for your own use. There is a learning curve and time needed for set up and your own customization. It interfaces seemlessly with QB. QX can easily handle and manage your weekly maintenance right along side of landscape projects spanning multiple days and crews.
