business structure

    I am trying to get legit. What type of structrure would be best if its just gonna be me. Sole proprietorship??? Thanks

    I think so.................Just need to separate Business from Personal. Open a business checking and run all business thru that account. Get all your proper requirements, tag, license, insurance, and start slow and build a solid foundation.....running a legit operation ain't no simple task.

    talk to an accountant of what is best. They can answer must of your questions. But yes, sole prop is the way to go I feel

    add an LLC, small price to become one but it pays for itself 1000x if you're ever sued or in an accident while in company vehicles.
