Look on creigs list. You will be able to find a good ztr mower on there for that price

If you are looking for new your choices are going to be slim because of the higher cost of commercial equipment. My suggestion would be look at craigslist as the poster above suggested, or start looking and dealers and looking for models that they have had for a period of time and are willing to work with you on moving. One suggestion I might make is to look at the Hustler Mini Fast track line of mowers. Mini FasTrak 15HP Kohler 36" $4,349 Manufactures Suggested retail price/should be able to get lower. Not commercial but should get you started until you can afford to upgrade. I feel like the unit is built pretty solid from what I have seen, but that is far from a field test scenario.

I would also buy used if I were you, you can find some great deals on Craigslist. Why not look into a walk behind or stand-on as your first mower? You could easily get a lightly used walk behind for around 2000.

Just look around for a good deal and something will come up sometime, but don't rush into a decision. :)
