Do any of you guys know of a good website to buy mower blades from?
Thanks for your help,
I have dealt with This Company before and was happy. Now I get most everything from my dealer at about the same cost and better service...Chuck
Was real happy with the one's from J-thomas. .240" 6.90 (9+)
I buy 3 sets @ a time.
Both j.thomas and mowmore have been really good to deal with. Mowmore impressed me with accurate UPS charges. Many internet sellers "pad" the shipping charges to make a little more money on you.
I have used mowmore also and been very well pleased
I now by blades from J-Thomas. The blades were delivered in about three days from the date of purchase. Sure beats making a trip to the dealer.
What about Stens?
There is a company that sells a "membership" for parts on EBAY. They send you a STENS catalog and a price sheet. When you get the prices you won't believe the money you save! On orders over $200 you get free shipping. I am getting ready to place an order, I'll let you know how fast shipping is.
Been getting mine here http://www.landscapersupply.com/. Might look at some of these others.
Just make sure of the prices. I used to order from landscapersupply, but I finally did the math and realized that, with shipping, it was costing me more than buying from my local dealer. Watch out for the "shipping and handling" charges.
