Does anyone know where to buy a spreader caddy for the front of my truck? F350. I am looking for one that mounts to the front for my push spreader. I have a rack on the back for my power spreader and never have room in the back for the push spreader when I am loaded up. Thanks for your help!!!!

I think Lesco makes one that fits into a trailer hitch receiver.

I had same problem with Permagreen on the back. I finally bought a very small and light, mostly plastic spreader. I can throw it in the bed somewhere, and can lift it out with one hand. Great for those small areas the PG cannot reach.

Also consider the chest spreader and the tiny "organ grinder" type 3 pound spreaders. Easy and tiny.

if i get my digital camera working, i'll take pictures of my set up... it is truly awsome.. PG rack w/ spreader mounted to it (both homemade). (got a mig welder with my tax return and had a few peices of steel pallet rack setting around and a LOT of RAIN DAYS this spring.

Oh that would be great! Thanks. I know the lesco spreaders can get heavy. my main concern is theres no room for it when I have 25+ 50lbs bags in the truck and if there is....... it's stuck lol.

I went to my local trailer shop & had them order a reciever to mount to the front of my F350. It cost about $275.00 installed & works great. They also mounted a 2nd reciever to the back of my spray truck & welded another support to my permagreen caddy, now it has 2 contact points to the truck & no longer bounces or rattles.
