    Can you tell the difference between the cub and lesco? Looks like the same mower to me except the paint.

    rear tires on the cub look wider. But yes they are very close. I think the bob cats are close too.

    I think Lesco and Cub Commercial are made by MTD. Looks like the same machine to me.

    You are right, They are both made by MTD. Different companys add their own tires, seats, decals ect. to try and fool people.

    Lesco and Cub are made by a company called Commercial Turf Products, in NE Ohio. MTD (commercial) used to be affiliated but in 2004 they split and that is why there is not an MTD commercial mower made any more

    I thought lesco was one business by themselves? But it seems that everybody has the universal gear w/b fixed deck mower design.
