My wife is famous for her mixed metaphors, and has referred to "the light at the end of the bushel" (as well as "sweating like a banshee," "bleeding like a stuffed pig," etc.).

Those were the exercises given to me too but I got very little relief from them. Get yourself a dyna-flex gyro exerciser. They are excellent for CT therapy. Exercising with that helped me immensely. I was at the point I couldn't ride a motorcycle without going numb after a couple minutes, and the use of the gyro ball took the problem away.

What is the repetitive motion you are making? I get bursitis from time to time in my shoulders. Mike is right. This is young man's work. Real success is not when you work and make good money but when others work for you and you still make good money. I'm a tweener.

Thats the way I see it. Someone once asked me " do you work in the field, I replied everyday, then they asked do you dig and I replied I dont even know where we keep the shovels"
