Have a friend who wants to bid on this (seriously). I believe he’s getting into more than he can handle...but what would you bid?

4 services per year (community is very small, hoping “volunteers” maintain in between). First one would be a cleanup (overgrown). Some of the plots have small barriers that surround the family section (can see a little if you zoom).

I have it at just under 11 acres.

How many graves and are they near rows or just a mess? I’m guessing that’s 2 days work for one person.

I meant to say neat rows but it’s too late to edit. Spacing is another good point.

Figure out what the price would be every week
Add 20% then divide by four

    That’s your price

Seriously everyone I job cost “skipping cuts” it actually comes out to costing 20% more than if you just kept up with it.

You can’t base a price on “maybe some random volunteers will help”

    No one will do anything
If they do , great you make money
If they don’t you still make money

You’re looking at around $2300 per service
    Times 4
    $9200

That’s nearly a weeks work at $60 an hour. Do you think it’ll take that long? That’s like 4 hours an acre. Cemetery’s suck, I’ve done them before but it wasn’t that slow.
