Changing Track Roller and Idler Oil

Is this hard to do on rubber track minis and ctl"s? My Kubota service manual says to contact dealer for this part. Is there special tooling to get into these or what?

It should last as long as the rollers, there are drain and inspection plugs on the rollers in the center of the face, but the idlers are a bit harder to get at.

Its true that the both parts only last 3000 hours or so. So maybe I shouldnt bother changing the gear oils every 2000 like the manual says
