chariot jr with snow blade

    do any of you use your zero turns for winter snow removal? and as far as i can tell from a search i did most of you sound pretty happy with the great dane line. i'm looking at the chariot jr and blade or jd 445 and blade. any opionions would be greatfull!!

    i dont know about the blade, but we have 2 48" 19 horse kaw. chariot jrs. we also pull a 48" aereator with them and have had no problems with them

    Hey Welch
    Where in wisconsin r u from?? Im 45min north of milwaukee in the town of richfield. I've seen a Scag with a Snow blower attached to the front of it at the dealership, they put a long drive shaft on that thing. My guess is u could use your ZTR for snow removal, but maybe the better option would be to get a blade for the JD 445, which is more built for pushing and the blade itself. Maybe look to see if u can put a snow blower on your Great Dane Jr? I wont be using my ZTR this winter, just using an old walkbehind Toro Snow thrower and a JD F710 with a 46inch snow blower to do side walks with.
