Charlotte NC area

    I'm thinking about starting a lawncare business next year and would like to know what the going rates are for mowing/trimming for a 1/4 acre and 1/2 acre lots in the Charlotte area.

    I personally have a $35.00 min. Most guys in our area are VERY competitive and will take it to a rock bottom low. I personally wouldnt waste my time on price shoppers. Average is $30-35 per cut on those size lots. Anything under 5K square feet would go around $25.00.
