Thought I'd let ya'll know that I bought a cheap BP blower at home cheapo the other day to use as a backup. I was in there, and it was on sale for $180. Thing has pretty good power, and is pretty quiet.

Good idea, if ya'll need a backup.

BTW its an ECHO BP260 with 375CFM

I'm starting to fall in love with it.

I bought a cheapo homelite from the depot... The end of last year I put it on my driveway and blew it down to the curb for garbage day with my new Redmax 8000......

I think Homelite and Echo are in 2 different leagues......

This one normally retails for 250.00

Nothing wrong with the Echo smaller cc stuff for getting off the ground or backups. I have a pb200 handheld blower that I use around my house and this thing just wont die. Starts on the second pull, no priming, no choking.

Guys...sorry for trying to recommend something chaep, but good.....

seems like alot on here would rather pay big $ for something even if they use it as backup....

I'll try to keep my mouth quiet on future purchases.
