After just picking up a new customer they asked me to install over 700ft. of cheap plastick edging, wich looks awful. I also put ou for them sixty bales of pine needles over perfectly new mulch, wich was odd, but they insisted. They want it around every tree and bed in sight. This job needs some time cut, I had two guys on it and are charging him 40$ an hour per man. I need a quicker way. The edging is thick so the stihl edgers are not working so well. THANKS!

How about using a bedding edger to cut the edge, then lay the plastic edging in, then back filling with the spoils from the machine.

    Just my 2 cents

I have never had to use edging in the past, however, I have a few jobs to do and they will require some.
What is the best? A metal edge with a cap?
