    Most large well know properties would only go with a well known companies and not a solo operator IMHO.

    I really don't know ChileHead's operation but his website gives the impression that he is NOT a solo operator. Gift Cards, employment opportunities.....etc.

    There's only one company in the Atlanta region that I know of with 2 billion in revenues,so I'm with you.

    I was just going by what he said on post # 7, said he was, using subs etc, nothing wrong with that, hope he gets it! Just he is up against contractors like this here in ATL, check out this web site, who would you go with?
