Are churches a good place to hit for accounts?
i gained a church on friday. 5 acres. 2hrs and get 85$. but it took 2hrs cause grass was real long. this week itll only take about 90min or so. so i'd say yes, as long as they pay.
My experience, they're cheapskates.
well my neighbor hired me to do the church, and he pays me, idk what his position he is at the church, but as long as he pays me i dont care and its not like i dont know where he lives
you could say that about anyone! well almost anyone
i think the only way your gonna get paid from a church is to take from the offering plate every sunday
No, not really. The people we service are the one's that accept my price that I'm happy to work for. The one's that try to beat me up on money, and in the situation of churches, try to use it as an excuse to bend me over. No thanks, nada. Let some other chump do it. If you are getting good money, great. I haven't had that experience with any yet.
My church wants me to cut the grass next year. They are paying over $350 a week for 6 acres of grass. (another 4 acres are woods). I figured $200, because I am a nice guy. The $150 is more than what I put in the offering plate each week. So to them they make out better in the end. Which was their comment for wanting me next year.
At least the snow get plowed for free by another member. I don't have the time to do it. Other wise I would get stuck doing it.
