I had a customer approach me and ask about clearing out a piece of land in his back yard which is a ton of pine trees with pine needles all over the place, extremely shady, and small brush growing. I initially planned on getting a mini skid in there with a roto tiller or something of the sort but he tells me has irrigation. With that in mind, would it make sense to spray everything with gly, take it out, cut it down as low as possible and clean it again. Then see what sort of things I need to put in the soil, fertilizer, topsoil for leveling, etc. FYI I’m not seeding now but I will be seeding in the fall. All the smaller trees, and brush I will be cutting with either a weed eater, brush cutter, or chainsaw. Would it be possible to potentially put my mini skid in and just scrape the surface? Any help would be extremely appreciated.
