    Hello Everyone!
I was hired this week as a commercial services rep. for a landscaping company in Raleigh and was hoping someone could give me insight on the best way to sell landscaping services and what to say when cold calling commercial companies (property management companies, HOAs, churches, etc.)
    Thanks so much!

after you have compiled a list of places you are going to call. Have a place for notes on each location. the next thing is to call and say that you are interested in placing a bid for next years lawn maintenance and you and you would like to know the name of the person in charge of that. WRITE DOWN THEIR NAME. also get their extention as well. Now since they are on vacation for the next two weeks and are only in the office odd days of the week between 10:00am and 10:15am have a big calendar ready for your follow-ups.
once you are in contact simply ask them if you can place a bid. don't hang up until an appointment is set and be sure to ask if there are any dead lines on bidding.
